In every issue, Kentucky Monthly serves up a tasty selection of recipes to our readers. We’re now turning the tables and asking you to wow us with your culinary creations. Submit your favorite original recipe by March 5, 2012 and you may be featured in the May 2012 issue of our magazine.
The winner for best overall recipe will be awarded our grand prizeāa one-night stay for two with dinner at the beautiful Snug Hollow Farm Bed & Breakfast and innkeeper Barbara Napier’s Snug Hollow Farm Cookbook: Hot Food and Warm Memories from Kentucky’s Unique and Authentically Appalachian Bed and Breakfast. Each category winner will receive a copy of Seasoned Cooking of Kentucky: A Collection of Kentucky Monthly Recipes.
