Contest Details:
Entry: Contest begins 03/01/10. By mail, send entries to: Kentucky Monthly Photo Contest, P.O. Box 559, Frankfort, KY 40602. Online, email entries to kelli@kentuckymonthly.com. E-mail entries must be received by 11:59, EST, 04/15/10. Mail entries must be postmarked by 04/12/10. Each entry may only be submitted for judging within one category.

Photographs must be taken in Kentucky, and cannot have been previously published, won another competition or contest, or been used for advertising or promotional purposes. Entries selected as finalist will be published in the June/July 2010 issue of Kentucky Monthly. The best overall photograph will be considered for the cover of the June/July 2010 issue of Kentucky Monthly.

Eligibility: Open to all readers of Kentucky Monthly magazine who are not employees of Vested Interest Publications or members of their immediate families. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.

Notification: Potential winners will be contacted on or by 05/01/10.

Prizes: A grand-prize winner will be selected and will receive an exclusive grand prize package from Kentucky Monthly. Winners of each category will receive a Kentucky Monthly photography prize pack.

Other: By entering, entrants authorize Vested Interest Publications to use their names, likeness, biographical information, city and state of residence and entry materials in promotional material and for advertising, public relations and editorial purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
