Red and White Salad
2 boxes strawberry Jell-O
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
3 small bananas, mashed
½ pint sour cream
1. Dissolve the Jell-O in 1½ cups hot water and gel partially—about 1 hour.
2. Mix pineapple and the bananas into the Jell-O and let set for about 30 minutes.
3. Pour half the mixture in a serving bowl, layer with the sour cream, and pour the rest of the mixture on top.
4. Chill before serving.
