We get to spend a lot of time at Kentucky Monthly being creative and coming up with new ideas. That being said we’ve all recently become a little obsessed with Pinterest here in the office. We’ve got a lot of great ideas and pieces of our Magazine on our Pinterest Boards and if you haven’t seen them yet, you should go check them out!
As Graphic Artist, I have the fantastic job of laying out parts of the magazine, advertisements, and some of our books. We are continually trying to come up with new ways to make our pages look interesting and compelling for the readers when they pick up our magazine. I love this job because it’s definitely a creative outlet for me. It’s rare that I find enough time to be as crafty as I’d like outside of work. Here is something I did find time to make last night. I found the idea for this jewelry holder on Pinterest and gave it my own twist.
