Tea’d Up
3-4 chunks watermelon
½ ounce lemon juice
½ ounce simple syrup
2 ounces Beefeater gin
Earl Grey tea to top off cocktail
1. Place watermelon pieces in a pint glass, muddle and place in cocktail shaker. Add ice.
2. Measure lemon juice, simple syrup and Beefeater gin, and add to cocktail shaker. Shake until the outside of the shaker is frosted.
3. Strain contents through a very fine sieve set over a pint glass with ice. Top with chilled Earl Grey tea.
4. Garnish with a watermelon slice and enjoy.
